another crazy weekend part 2 - the punisher

after the usc game, i rushed home to change clothes and get over to the gibson ampitheatre with sonia to see our favorite comedian, carlos mencia.

if you haven't seen this guy's television show, it is really hilarious. he does mostly racial humor in the sense that he picks on stereotypes and makes fun of them. it's pretty funny.

the nice thing is that since his show is on tv, he's pretty tame. i knew that he was going to step it up for a live show, but it was pretty raw. both sonia and i had a good time, but i think we both agreed that it was a little questionable and we probably wouldn't do it again.

that being said...he was mad funny. for real though, he had me crying for a lot of the show. there were times that i cringed and was a little embarassed, but overall he was pretty funny. he made fun of ganbangers, mexicans, the boriquas, white people, dwarfs, and of course the dee-dee-dee's. his theme was how it stinks to be white nowadays. i was feeling him...since i'm white you know. at the end of the show, they said that we should refrain from putting up video's on the internet for people who didn't pay their hard earned money to see it live.
