all in perspective

so i have been thinking a lot about life and...stuff. i have been in an "almost home" rut that has me in a bit of a tunnel vision state.

then yesterday, i read a myspace message from an old friend regarding gabriel (she just found out). i decided to read some of her blogs on her myspace to see what she has been up to.

it is a long story, but i will just say "brain tumor" and leave it at that.

suddenly, all of my thoughts seem pointless. my feelings and frustrations seem meaningless and trivial. my "almost home" anxieties seem so...petty.

i gotta remember the things that are important in life...god, family & friends.
