ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner

my bad, already a typo. i meant to type in the title "ladies and gentlemen, we have a weiner!". yep, you heard me right, sonia and i are having a boy! i know, i know, i've heard it before. ultrasounds are not conclusive, it might be wrong, etc. but let me tell you this, this kid is a boy for dang sure! i saw the piture with my own eyes. if i'm wrong, my daughter is going to need some serious counseling!!

that being said, sonia is a little bummed. she was looking forward to a girl. but me, i am so excited that it's a boy. there are countless reasons why i wanted a boy, but i wont bore you with those. i will just say that we are gonna <insert christianeeze catch phrases> and enjoy our boy.

i must admit. when i saw the evidence and the lady said that it was a boy, i was a little overwhelmed. you only hear those words a few times in your life...maybe never. i teared up serious (that should come as no surprise to any of you). BUT SONIA...they were actually coming out of her eyes. i'm not sure if it was because of the sight of her son or that the idea of "Jack" is on hold, but i saw the tears. finally, an event where sonia cried more than me!!

anyways, please continue to pray for him (i can write 'him' now huh?). the father is currently designing my child in the womb, and although i want to pray for so many things, i am just praying that my child will serve jesus. it's as simple and as complicated as that...
